    You and key team members will take a DISC assessment –
a vital tool to help us understand how you lead, communicate, 
and collaborate.
  4. Pre-Call Questionnaire
    A short form to give us context around your challenges and objectives.

  • Your Welcome Meeting is scheduled
  • The first Leadership Summit is booked
  • We begin 1:1 Executive Coaching immediately


Option B: Test Drive First

  • Begin with 1:1 coaching for 30 days
  • GMD provides weekly value drops during your team meetings
  • A Team Demo Training introduces our approach to your full team
  • A Follow-Up Meeting with decision-makers evaluates next steps

What Happens:

  • Your Leadership Summit kicks off
  • Team members are added to the coaching calendar
